These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between citynow (www.citynow.best) and all of its members. citynow is a licensed online betting and casino platform operating under international gaming regulatory authorities.

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration — no exceptions.
• Each individual may register only one account. Multiple accounts under the same name, address, mobile number, or payment method are not permitted.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
• Opening an account in someone else's name or identity is strictly prohibited.

Citynow verifies member identities in accordance with international AML and KYC regulations. Prior to withdrawal, or upon citynow's request, you may be required to submit any two of the following documents:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address — a utility bill or bank statement (issued within the last 3 months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used

Withdrawals may be on hold until KYC verification is complete. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

Keep your account login credentials strictly confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized transactions, contact support immediately. citynow will never ask for your password by phone or email.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party payment accounts are not permitted — any deposit made through one will be returned and the account will be subject to investigation.
• Successful deposits typically appear in your account within 2–5 minutes. If there is a delay, contact support with your transaction reference.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 will be placed on hold until KYC verification is completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• If you wish to withdraw while holding a bonus without meeting its wagering requirements, the bonus balance will be forfeited and only the original deposit amount will be available for withdrawal.

The following rules apply to Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games on citynow. They are in place to ensure a fair and honest environment for all players.

• A bet is only considered final once it has been fully accepted by the system. Do not assume your bet is placed until you see the confirmation screen.
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect price due to a technical error, citynow reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a bet is accepted at an abnormally high price due to a data feed error, the odds may be corrected to the accurate figure or the bet may be voided.

• If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets are generally refunded unless the match resumes within the specified time frame.
• In cricket, if a result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method, that result stands as the official outcome.
• Live betting has a delay — match conditions may change before a bet is confirmed. In such cases, the bet will be accepted at the updated odds.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event (including match-fixing facilitation) is a punishable offence.

Maximum bet limits are set for each market and tier. Standard members can place bets of up to ৳50,000 per bet. VIP members have separate limits determined individually. Any bet request exceeding the limit will be automatically rejected.

Citynow's bonus program is designed to reward members with added benefits. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on the offer page.

• Each bonus can be claimed once per account, unless stated otherwise in the offer.
• The Welcome Bonus is for new members only — once, on the first deposit.
• The wagering requirement for bonuses must generally be met within 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once this period expires.
• Bonus funds may be used to meet wagering requirements, but the maximum single bet is capped at 20% of the bonus or ৳5,000 — whichever is lower.

Using multiple accounts, shared devices, or coordinated betting to abuse the bonus system will result in the cancellation of all associated accounts and bonuses. Such activity is detected automatically.

• Attempting to hack the system, using bots, or manipulating the platform in any way
• Transacting under another member's identity or engaging in any form of platform fraud
• Operating an account on behalf of someone under 18 years of age

Where these prohibited activities are identified, citynow reserves the right not only to close the account but also to pursue legal action where applicable.

You can close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Please withdraw all valid balances before closing. Once closed, a new account may be opened provided you are not under self-exclusion.

In cases of terms violations, fraud, or prohibited activities, citynow may close an account without notice. Any balance gained through fraud or bonus abuse will be forfeited. Legitimately earned real-money funds will be returned.
